I discovered recently Oh Me Oh My, a terrace on top of West Africa House, in Liverpool. I saw some pictures and it looked gorgeous. So hubby and I took the camera and went for drinks.
The terrace is in a great location, the views are amazing and, even better, the atmosphere is relaxed and warm. Oh Me Oh My is part of the same “family” (this is how they called it) with Leaf, the bistro on Bold Street and The Garden at FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology).
I went at Primark and got a pair of shoes, they will be mentioned in another post I plan to write.
The terrace is nicely decorated. I love the wooden deck and the raised-beds full of flowers, it felt like we were having a drink in our garden, but with different views.
We were able to properly see the birds on top of Liver building.
They have sun creams and hats prepared for guests and I think that is such a great idea.
There were blankets for cold days…
and umbrellas for rainy days. I would stay under an umbrella on a rainy day, not sure abut hubby, but I love rain.
It’s been a while from my last “touristy” picture in Liverpool.
I can’t believe I live just around the corner from it and haven’t been yet! The pictures look fantastic, what an amazing view of Liverpool. I just had a quick peek at the website (and the menu!0 and seeing as me and Matt are both off on Friday, I might just head down!

I’ve heard of Oh Me Oh My but I had no idea it had a roof terrace with such incredible views. I’m a big fan of Leaf and this place is just a short walk from my flat so I will have to pop in some time…when the weather is better!
