The Rose giveaway

While I was reading The Rose by Brent Elliott I thought I should host a lovely giveaway with a beautiful theme, so today I’m posting about the Rose giveaway. It consists of a set of three wonderful items, The Rose by Brent Elliott (courtesy of Welbeck publishing), British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream from The Body Shop, and a Green tea with Rose petals. While reading the book, I used a rose hand cream from The Body Shop. It wasn’t planned, but it was a happy coincidence. Also, my husband and I drink tea with rose petals. We also enjoy rose petal preserve. I was thinking of adding a jar of rose preserve, but I was scared it might break in transit, so decided against it. I apologize to my readers from abroad, but I have to keep the giveaway for UK entries only.

I blogged about the book, The Rose by Brent Elliott, on my book blog, if you want to see more details on this gorgeous book, here is the review. The book tells the story of the rose through 40 species and hybrids. It has 30 stunning illustrations at the end, which can be removed and framed. There are pictures on my blog, so do check it out.

  1. Lovely giveaway, Anca! I love tea with rose petals, I usually buy a Whittard’s or Twinings tea, and sometimes add dried petals from our garden to any black or green tea I have.

  2. That is such a lovely giveaway for your readers, Anca. Especially at this time, where you will definitely make someone’s day with it! I can’t enter since I’m not in the UK anymore, but I really want to let you know this is really sweet 🙂
