Olenivka Exhibition at the Territory of Terror Museum was organised by two Ukrainian friends, with whom I work when I’m in Ukraine. I know some of these children and some of the families. The exhibition was made to mark the 3rd anniversary of the Olenivka massacre on 29 July 2022. One child had his father in captivity while a friend of his father was killed that day.

This is a moving exhibition. I feel for the children whose fathers are in peril. Those, particularly, are striking but all the pieces are beautiful. The colours are gorgeous!
These images are so poignant and tell such a story, each individual yet collectively they pack such a punch.
What a wonderful exhibition and a lovely tribute to those killed in the massacre. Beautiful art work and so special.

I am always so impressed and moved by the way children express themselves in artwork as therapy.. This is a lovely display.
