I’ve been to CuppaPug in London once, see here, and to the newly opened one in Manchester twice. Today I will share pictures from our last visit, a few days ago. The rules are the same, with the only exception being the photo at the end of the visit.
There is a fixed fee for an hour and guests can buy drinks and cakes for them and treats for the pugs. The treats are limited to 1 per group, which is natural considering how many people are visiting them daily and everyone wants to buy treats for the pugs. The treats come in small cups and the pugs are flocking to the group that has the treats. They are given out gradually.
If you visit pug cafe prepare to sit on the floor, it’s the best option.
Pugs are constantly moving. The staff can pick up a pug and give the dog to the visitor to hold. But visitors can pick up the pugs too. As people are staying on the floor, it’s safe. Pugs are used to being picked up and not bothered at all. Look how cute was Pablo. I held him twice or three times, I can’t remember.
Pablo was playing with another pug until in their tug of war reached my feet, which didn’t make them stop.
The babies were too tired after all that excitement and went to sleep in the toy basket. They were taken out to their rest area. Probably after an one hour nap they were back to play with the visitors.
Aww! What a fun place to visit. Pugs are just adorable and the little pups are just the sweetest!
My eldest loves pugs so this would be her dream! lol
I just love these cafes where you can pet pugs and kitties! I would like to go somewhere like that All the photos are wonderful, but that last one is especially precious. 😊
These two pugs, from the last photo, were so cute. They run around for almost one hour before going to sleep. I had both on them on my lap, licking my fingers after getting their treats. They are adorable.
