Farmacy, London

Farmacy is a great plant-based restaurant in London. It’s in a posh part of London and it is a beautiful place to eat. The staff is so lovely and the food is just amazing. The restaurant opened in 2016. You can read more about them and their ethos on the website.

Latte

They have many types of lattes and herbal teas to choose from, and wines too. We went for lunch, so we picked lattes.

Besides the pasta dishes you can see in this post, they also have starters, earth bowls, soups and salads, and their classics. As you can expect from a restaurant like this, there are only 4-5 options in each section, but they offer plenty of alternatives.

Mac and cheese

MAC ‘N’ CHEESE is made with rice pasta, covered in a creamy white truffled cheese sauce, gluten-free sage crumble. This was the best Mac&Cheese I ever had. I just loved it so much. The taste of truffle was noticeable and it was just perfect.

Pasta with mushrooms

My husband ordered pasta with mushrooms, but I don’t see it in the menu. It must have changed from when we went there in March. I had a taste of this dish and it was delicious.

Dessert

RAW CHOCOLATE TART, served on a bed of crunchy caramelised quinoa, pure caramel ice cream, raspberry sauce. It was ok, but I wouldn’t order it again, mainly because they have other desserts that I would like to try and this was a bit too thick for my taste.

  1. Seems like a great place to dine with. Rice pasta sounds interesting. I don’t think I ever had that. I had rice noodles but that’s different I think. I’d like to try that Tartuffe dish.

  2. The mac’n’cheese sounds so good! I love anything with truffle in it. I had never heard about Farmacy before but your posts makes me want to go next time I’m in London! 🙂

  3. While I might not order the items you have pictured, they are beautiful plates (especially that dessert). I checked out the menu and they have some incredible sounding offerings! It looks like a fun place for a high tea, also.
