It’s been a while since I’ve talked about makeup, so I thought is time to share my thoughts on No7 Airbrush Away Foundation. This is the foundation I’ve used in the last months and I like it a lot. It’s very easy to apply with the sponge and it looks long lasting.
I’ve used this No7 foundation with primer, on clean skin, or on top of moisturiser and in all three situations it was great. Also, it is transfer-proof, so no worries about getting foundation onto your clothes.
This is a medium coverage foundation, so make sure it’s what you are looking for in a foundation. I’m not too keen on full-coverage formulations as, for me, they seem a bit too much. Before that I’ve used No7 Stay Perfect Foundation, very good as well, but that one has a medium to full coverage. I like both and I would purchase both of them again, without a doubt. If I was to wear foundation everyday, I would buy both of them, because the Airbrush Away is light, and sometimes I would like something with a bit more coverage. Airbrush Away stays on for many hours, but not exactly for a full day, as in 12h, thus, for those situations, I’d use Stay Perfect. But, as I’m working from home and not using foundation at home, I’m not too bothered. I go out for half of day and, in that situation, Airbrush Away is perfect for my needs.
The shade I got is called Deeply Beige and it’s just perfect for me. I like that the ladies at Boots are giving samples, so you can be sure you get exactly the colour you are looking for.
To use the foundation, you need to shake it, then you can draw foundation up in the dropper. After that squeeze the bulb on the back of your hand or on the sponge. I do prefer using the sponge. You only need a few drops for the whole face.

Thank you for visiting my blog 🙂
I have used boots moisturisers and cleansers for years but I have never tried their foundation, being introduced years ago to a different foundation by one of the lovely ladies in Boots 🙂
I also prefer a foundation which is not full-coverage. Haven’t spotted this particular foundation, but I often buy no.7 essentially natural foundation, which I like for the creamy consistency and quick absorbency. Will have a look next time I am in Boots.
I’ve never really used foundation, in fact, never! Apart from Stage makeup my Mum bought me as a child. I just can’t bear the thought of covering my skin in a layer of something though I do like the look of people who are skilled at doing their makeup and how flawless their skin looks!
