Puzzling Place

Last weekend, my husband and I went for a few days away in Cumbria. One of the places we’ve visited was Puzzling Place in Keswick. There is a shop with lots and lots of interesting puzzles and games. Some of them are available to try to solve in the Puzzle Area. For the World of Illusion there is a fee of £3.75 per person. I would say it takes 1 hour to see and try everything as some of the exhibits can be crowded. We went on a Saturday and it was packed.

It’s not only for kids, we had fun and some of the puzzles are more for adults. I think it’s a perfect indoor family attraction for all the family.

01 Puzzling Place
I had to start with this picture, I love it.

The World of Illusion has a couple of rooms with different themes.

02 Puzzling Place
This is the Anti-Gravity Room. It made me a little dizzy, but it’s so much fun. There is a chair on a rail that is going up and these steps.

03 Puzzling Place

I had a lot of fun in this room. The real floor was one of the walls, the one I’m on, and the “floor” was one of the walls.

05 Puzzling Place
There are lots of exhibits with holograms, mirrors and many more.

06 Puzzling Place
I’m so little compared with hubby.

07 Puzzling Place
Now hubby is so little compared to me.

08 Puzzling Place
This is the Puzzle Area, where anybody can try the puzzles&games before buying them. It was fun. It can take longer as it can be crowded during busy times.

If you want to go to the Puzzling Place, the address is: Museum Square, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5DZ.
