September was an amazing month for me, more than usual. I want to make a big change and I’ve decided to wait for another year after having endless chats with my husband. This month I had the opportunity to see what options I have. Sorry to be so vague, but I’m not ready to talk openly about my plans on the blog just yet.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach. We went to the pleasure beach. I wasn’t 100% happy with it, so I’ve decided not to make a special blog about it. It was fun, maybe on a sunny and warm day it would have been better.
I bought Manzano bananas, they are 6 times more expensive than regular bananas. I heard about them, but only now I saw them in the shop. As they are in this picture, they are still not fully ripe. These bananas have to have small black spots on them to be ripe. I had one as it was and it wasn’t nothing special. I had another one after it was ripe and it was amazing. I loved them, the taste is different, more sweet and lovely exciting flavour. I’m glad I’ve tried them.
This month I did a lot of things I already blogged about, like going to BlogOnXmas, Blackpool Illuminations, going on Heritage Open Days and reading 5 books. Festus turned 8 and I mentioned a few things about him.
Beside this I’ve continued with the online courses I started in August. I finished one of them and now I signed up to another one. I enjoy them a lot.
Also this month I read a poem written by Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a nun that lived in Mexico in the 17th century, to the woman she loved.
“That you’re a woman far away
is no hindrance to my love:
for the soul, as you well know,
distance and sex don’t count.”
I haven’t been to blackpool pleasure beach in years!
Glad you had a fun month! 😀
It certainly sounds like you had a great September 🙂
Very exciting plans! 😀 I haven’t been to Pleasure Beach in ages! I’m hoping to get to Blackpool sometime next Autumn to see the lights and the tower but likely to avoid Pleasure Beach for now. Girls are too young for it.
Those are tiny bananas! We love bananas sin our house. Tiny ones are very handy for the girls’ lunchboxes but I doubt I’ll ever buy anything as posh as this! 🙂
Ohh, I’m excited to find out about your vague plans. Hope you share with us soon.
