The next two months my husband and I are going on two holidays. So I thought it would be nice to make a Holiday Bucketlist. In October we’re going to Cornwall and in November in Bath and Bristol. It will be the first time we are going to these locations, so I’ve made a long list of things we want to see. As I didn’t have any pictures from there, I asked the help of a few fellow bloggers.
First of all, Cornwall. My list is, most likely, too big for us to be able to see everything, but we might as well try.
Lizard Point. Picture courtesy of Jules from butcherbakerblog.com. Beaches and cliffs are a must for anybody wanting to see Cornwall. Besides Lizard Point, I also have on my list Botallack (there is a mine there too, see next picture) and Kynance Cove.

I’m so excited about this trip. All these places are so interesting. I can’t wait!
Now, for the holiday in November I’ve made a strict schedule and we should be able to see everything on the list. In November is my birthday, so I can be as demanding as I want on this holiday. While some people want to sleep more on holiday, I’m up at 6.30 (like everyday) or even earlier, ready to go and visit/explore the area.
Bath is a place I wanted to see for a long time. I even reserved regency romantic books from the library in which the story happens in Bath. I plan to read those on holiday. It will be a nice change from the non-fiction books I usually read.

Lastly is Bristol. I plan to spend two days in Bristol and there are a few things to see. We might have to eat a sandwich bought from a supermarket between two museums. Although, if we spend more time in one museum, we’ll leave the next one for another holiday.
Brunel’s SS Great Britain. My husband and I are very keen to see Brunel’s ship. We are going to see Clifton Suspension Bridge, of course.

What a super Bucket list! The Cornwall list sounds EXCITING from the names alone, let alone the pictures! I do look forward to seeing your pics. I’ve been to Bath and the Sally Lunn bun was delicious that I ate there! It’s a super place to visit. Not ever been to Bristol!
It’s been about 15 years ago since my last visit there, but I loved Bath – especially the Roman baths!
I’m originally from Cornwall so I find it really weird when people say they go there on holiday because to me it’s just a normal place. I think we take things for granted when we have it all the time.

I’ve been to all those places listed in the last year. We go to Bath regularly, its one of my favourite places and we are off there next week actually. The Roman Baths is really interesting, my husband likes spotting his name (Marcus) etched in the stone. We went to the SS Great Britain not long ago to the new Being Brunel Museum, Well worth visiting. Also in January, we went to St Ives in Cornwall. It’s a lovely place, full of cool little shops and restaurants. Have fun wherever you end up!
