If you are looking for some last minute recipes for Valentine’s Day, I’m here to help. First I’m going to share four of my recipes, that are all available on my food blog. After that, I’m sharing a few recipes made by other bloggers. So, there is plenty of things to choose from. I know that not everybody celebrates today, I’ve already talked about Why I’m celebrating, if you fancy a read.
From top left to bottom right, these are my recipes:
Heart and Gift Biscuits. Easy, delicious, and very cute, a must for Valentine’s Day. The dough is made using a food processor, so it doesn’t take a lot of time. Also, decorate the biscuits you want to serve today and leave the rest as they are. You can decorate them anytime.
Black Forest Dessert. This is a bit more complicated to make, but not too hard, if you follow my guide. Using agar agar will thicken the jelly very fast, so it can be made a couple of hours before serving. It does look stunning, isn’t it?
Red Doughnuts. These are easy to make, all in one method for the batter, then baked and filled with whipped cream. This is also a relatively low-sugar alternative.
Matcha Cheesecake. Easy to make individual portions of no-bake cheesecake, nicely decorated with freeze dried strawberries. If you don’t have strawberries, decorate with a bit of grated chocolate, it will look very nice.
If you like chocolate, you might love these.
These are so cute and vegan, so everybody can have them. Recipe is on Mandy’s blog at cookveggielicious.com.
Adina made a beautiful Heart-Shaped Cheesecake with Raspberries and Whipped Cream at whereismyspoon.co. I know is the second recipe for cheesecake I’m including in my roundup, but I do find them delicious.
Or you might like to try these delicious looking Easy Chocolate Caramel Brownies by Angela at gardenteacakesandme.co.uk.
I hope you have a wonderful time if you are celebrating today. If not, I still think all these recipes are worth trying.
These all sounds delicious! Mandy’s biscuits look lovely!
I have two days off with Matt, so I think we’ll be trying the Matcha Cheesecake. I love the fact it’s an individual cake too, so we won’t be wasting any! The chocolate brownies by Angela look delicious too!
Thanks for including my chocolates in this lovely collection of recipes x
Welcome. It’s a delicious looking recipe, I will make it myself. xx
