I’ve been to the Tower Bridge many times, but didn’t visit it. I was afraid of heights, but this changed recently and unexpectedly, after going to Ukraine. Acrophobia is uncomfortable. It seems a few weeks of volunteering in a country at war can be considered a cure. At least it was for me. There are details about the bridge in the museum and on the walkways, so it is very interesting reading those snippets of information. I would suggest allowing for a couple of hours to enjoy this attraction. Enjoy the pictures.

I had no idea you could do that! How interesting! I am not keen on heights. I am amazed that you have managed to get over your fear! Super!
This is interesting, Anca. We crossed over it (and took many a photo!) but didn’t do the bridge tour. It looks like it would have been well worth it.
That is great that you have got over your fear of heights. I thought Tower Bridge was just a bridge, I had no idea that you could go inside of it. I see now why you need to be not scared of heights with that glass floor! Eek!

Of course I’ve seen the bridge before, but didn’t realize it could be “visited” like this. I’m not sure how well I could handle some of that, but it looks like it would be worth trying. It provides some great views.

I wouldn’t have been comfortable there last year. Both walks have glass panels.
